AI company in Milpitas, CA is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager, to be responsible for developing new business through sustainable customer channels as well as generating sales with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and drive sales funnels to increase profits and assure coverage of financial goals.
  • Develop a sales strategy and sales forecasting to achieve or exceed quarterly goals, metrics, and expectations.
  • Travel to various customer locations to conduct face-to-face meetings.
  • Maintain regular contact with representatives and distributors to ensure an intimate and timely knowledge of customer issues.
  • Develop long-term, positive and revenue-growing relationships with customers.
  • Interacting with other departments and contributing to critical corporate decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage day-to-day sales operations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • MBA and/or advanced degree in business or technology field.
  • 5-10 years’ experience in a sales and/or account management position in the Semiconductor field or related high-tech industry.

Position Requirements:

  • Strong business development and communication skills.
  • Must be highly driven and a self-starter.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and then successfully execute.
  • Must be a solid leader and have the ability to influence and motivate a sales team.
  • Ability to handle a high pressure and constantly changing environment.
  • Good working knowledge of the industry–Semiconductor, Artificial Intelligence, etc.
